Juvenile Diabetes
The diabetes is a chronic metabolic state. The body becomes unable to break up glucose (sugar) and to store it correctly. Because glucose cannot be stored, there remain in person 'blood circulation of S and this leads to many problems. There are two types of diabetes. Out of this, the diabetes of the type 1 is called youthful diabetes or the insulin-dependent diabetes. This starts in childhood. The children who have the youthful diabetes depend on insulin. Some can also have states thyroid. The youthful diabetes is an autoimmune disorder similar to others like the rheumatoid arthritis or the multiple sclerosis. Heredity is an important reason of this disease. The body attacks the btas cells in the pancreas due to environmental release or the virus. When these cells obtain destroyed, the body becomes unable to produce insulin. This insufficiency of insulin secretion in the pancreas leads to the elevated level of glucose of blood. Such patients need the insulin injections for survival.

Symptoms of youthful diabetes

* increases in hunger
* increases in thirst
* loss in the weight
* tiredness
* increases in urination
* the influenza like symptoms
* fruity odor of breath
* betwetting or urinating during the night
* confusion
* numbness or tinkling in hands or feet
* heavy or worked breathing
* somnolence or lethargy

Explanation of the symptoms

* Hunger: Because glucose does not reach the cells of body, the body is not EDF. Thus, there is a constant feeling of hunger
* Urination: Because glucose does not reach the cells of body, the level of glucose in blood goes up. The kidneys try to filter outside foreign sugar in blood. Thus, production of the increases in urine. Thus, there is a urination frequent. It is a very important sign of youthful diabetes
* Thirst: Increase in the urination, mean that water obtains exhausted body. Thus, the person feels constantly faded
* Weight: The reason of the weight loss is that the body does not obtain glucose that it requires

Description of the disease
Part of the food which an individual eats is broken up to sweeten or glucose. This glucose passes in blood circulation and the body of the 'cells of S by a hormone called insulin. This hormone is produced by the pancreas. The pancreas creates the good quantity of insulin according to the quantity of sugar. In the event of those affected by the youthful diabetes, the product of pancreas less or no insulin or the cells answers insulin normally. Consequently, the quantity of sugar in blood increases. This then becomes part of the urine and is produced body in unutilised condition. If such a condition lasts for one long period, then the important complications concerning the kidneys, the heart, the eyes and the nerves can develop.

Treatment for the youthful diabetes

Insulin: This is injected under the skin using a syringe. Sometimes an infusion pump can be used to provide insulin without interruption. It cannot be taken orally. The preparations of insulin vary in the way in which quickly they show the effect and how long they last. More than one type of insulin can be mixed to form an injection to have the control of the wells of the glucose of blood. Insulin injections are given, 1 to 4 times per day. The supplier of care of heather or a teacher of nurse of diabetes teaches with parents how to give injections to the child. One expects that children above the age 14 inject themselves on their clean.

Mode: The planning of meal must be such as there is uniformity between food and insulin so that the level of glucose of blood is regulated. If there is an imbalance between food and insulin, there are extreme variations of the glucose of blood. The American association of diabetes and American dietetic association envisaged the healthy and balanced meals. The affected children can consult a dietician or a recorded adviser of nutrition.

Physical exercise: It is of paramount importance while the quantity of sugar in blood is ordered, of the excessive calories and of grease are burned and the ideal weight can be carried out. However, medical approval must be obtained before beginning a program of exercise. There should be front special precautions, during and after physical exercise.

Individual-test: The monitoring must be made by checking the content of tiny glucose of one blood drops. The person will be able to analyze how the insulin injections, the mode and the physical exercise function. It will become possible to change these three to obtain the desired level. Moreover, it becomes possible to exert a monitoring how the disease progresses and alert being before the serious problems develop.

Low sugar of blood: It can occur that due to the injections of insulin, mode and the physical exercise the sugar of blood can become very low. This leads to perspiration, the jolt, the weakness, the irritation and the hunger. When such symptoms appear, the rate of sugar in blood must be examined with a kit of test. If found bottom, the fruit juice, a skimmed milk cup, several sugar spoons or regular soda can be consumed. One expects that the sugar level becomes normal within 15 minute.
